The Hilton resort is made up of a central area combining all the main
hotel facilities and then two large garden crescents
on either-side, which forms the area around which most of the accommodation
is situated.
Air conditioned rooms and suites all opening on to a private terrace
or balcony furnished with comfortable hardwood framed table and chairs,
overlooking the lagoon and beach.
For honeymoons there is the 'honeymoon suite'
which can be booked for any number of nights.

Get down
to the 'Beach Hut' where you'll find a whole host of watersports including,
deep sea fishing, scuba-diving, submarine-safaris and horse riding (charged).
FREE windsurfing, water-skiing, pedaloes and canoes.
The swimming pool is more of a feature, rather than the more standard
rectangular pool - and is the focal point of the resort as it twines
its way from the beach bar towards the restaurant with the occasional
stylish little footbridge to allow guests to cross.
A special mention has to be the Jacuzzi which is situated centre stage,
adjacent to the pool and bar, just perfect for cooling-down and relaxing.

Water sports are a big attraction at the Hilton, Mauritius,
the guys at the 'Beach Hut' are most helpful, so if you are
a beginner, get down there and let them start to work on
you, you'll be an expert by the end of your holiday.

Opinion
Superb throughout, although the pool may be a little
disappointing for the more serious of swimmers - but then again, the
gorgeous Indian Ocean is just a few steps away.
Thinking of a taking ones honeymoon abroad - the Hilton will make you
most welcome.
