La Bastide (Lunch 1200hrs - 1600hrs) this beach bar and grill occupies
pride of place for those who enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, with a hint
of the tropics, at lunchtime.
Karma House (Dinner 1930hrs - 2230hrs)
a culinary flagship
of the hotel is open at night to tempt you with a symphony of Asian and
European delicacies, in an eclectic blend of tastes and fragrances. A
superb open terrace adds to the feeling of space reflected in the open-style
kitchen
and cellar.
Abalone (Dinner 1930hrs - 2230hrs) Silver oysters and pearly shellfish
alternate with a scarlet red crayfish twice a week. A seafood restaurant
which is characterised by the freshness of its products (highly recommended).
